Laser levelling has been Director Matthew Jennings’ work passion since his 20s. This has developed from his early experience as a Greenkeeping contractor of bowling greens. Matthew has continued to extend his laser levelling skills and services to all sporting surfaces, real and synthetic, and also includes industrial concrete floor sub-base preparation for huge factories and warehouses.

At Laser Grading Services, we offer the best technology available with automatic machine control to save you time and money. Compared to manual grading machines, automatic laser grading equipment is always substantially quicker and more accurate, reducing construction time and labour costs. The same benefits apply to sub base preparation of industrial concrete floor slabs and tennis court slabs. The sub base preparation of concrete slabs can be flat for factory floors or sloped with a dual grade for tennis courts. The unbeatable accuracy of automatic machine control guarantees no concrete is wasted and can reduce excess concrete to below 3%.
Laser Grading Services use a Topcon dual grade laser for levelling flat areas or dual grades. We use a Topcon total station for 3D machine control for jobs like football fields with a domed surface or a concrete car park sub base that needs to follow a CAD design.
A compact laser bucket or laser scoop is towed behind a tractor. It has complete automatic or manual control and it does all the ground levelling. It cuts and fills the high and low areas of the existing ground according to the signals received by either the 2D or the 3D equipment until the new surface is created.
